Managed IT · Adelaide, SA

IT support with a person who answers.

No ticket queue, no offshore first line reading from a script, no being asked to restart it twice. You call, a person who knows your setup picks up, and it gets dealt with — remotely in minutes, or in person when it needs hands on it.

Remote and onsite Greater Adelaide Ad-hoc or ongoing

What we fix

The things that stop a working day.

Computers and laptops

Slow machines, failures, replacements, setup for new starters, and moving someone's entire working life onto a new laptop without losing anything.

Email problems

Mail not sending or arriving, sync failures, shared mailboxes, calendar chaos, and the mailbox that is somehow full again.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Dead zones, dropouts mid-call, slow connections, and the meeting room where nothing ever connects.

Printers and scanners

The genuinely unglamorous work that nonetheless stops an office. Network printers, scan-to-email and drivers.

File access and permissions

Who can see what, restoring a file someone overwrote, and access for a new starter on day one rather than day four.

Software and licensing

Installations, updates, subscriptions, and working out what that recurring charge is actually for.

Phones and mobiles

Business mobiles, email on phones, and setting up devices without handing over the keys to everything.

Security incidents

Suspicious emails, a password entered somewhere it should not have been, and the response when something has actually happened.

How it works

Two ways to work with us.

Ad-hoc support

Something is broken and you need it fixed. Call, we deal with it, you get an invoice for the work. No contract, no minimum. This is how most clients start.

Ongoing support

A monthly arrangement where we already know your systems, we are monitoring them, and support is included rather than billed each time. Cheaper per incident and considerably faster, because we are not learning your setup during an outage.

We do not require a contract to help you. Plenty of clients call us for one problem and never sign anything, and that is a perfectly reasonable way to use us.

Response

What you can expect when you call.

01

You call or email

A person, not a queue. If we cannot answer immediately we call back — we do not leave you wondering.

02

We triage honestly

Is this stopping work for everyone, one person, or is it annoying but survivable? That determines what happens next, and we tell you which one we think it is.

03

Remote first

Most problems are solved remotely within the hour, because most problems do not need someone standing next to the machine.

04

Onsite when needed

Hardware, cabling, new sites or anything where being in the room is genuinely faster. Across greater Adelaide.

Where we work

Onsite across greater Adelaide.

Adelaide CBD, and the northern, southern, eastern and western suburbs, plus the Adelaide Hills. Remote support anywhere in Australia.

If you have multiple sites, or staff working from home, that is normal and we support it — the remote work is identical regardless of where the person is sitting.

Questions

Before you ask us.

Do I need a contract?

No. Plenty of our clients call when something breaks and pay for that work. A monthly arrangement is cheaper per incident and gets you a faster response because we already know your environment, but it is an option rather than a requirement.

How quickly do you respond?

For ad-hoc clients, usually the same business day, and often within the hour for something stopping work. Ongoing support clients get a defined response commitment written into their agreement, so it is a promise rather than a hope.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Onsite visits are quoted before we come out, so you know the number in advance. A lot of what people assume needs a visit can be handled remotely, and we will always try that first because it is faster and cheaper for you.

Can you help outside business hours?

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, nine to five. Out-of-hours work is arranged in advance where possible — migrations and cutovers we would generally do out of hours anyway to avoid disrupting your trading.

We already have an IT person. Can you work alongside them?

Yes, and that is common. Sometimes we cover leave, sometimes we handle a specific project, sometimes we are the second opinion on a decision. We are not trying to displace someone who is doing a good job.

What if the problem turns out to be with our internet provider or a software vendor?

We will deal with them on your behalf. Being passed between three vendors who each blame the other is one of the more expensive ways to lose a day, and handling that is part of the job.

Next step

Tell us what you need.

You do not need to know what to call it. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you what it takes to fix — and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
