Pricing · Adelaide, SA

A fixed price, agreed before we start.

No hourly meter running on a project. No estimate that quietly grows. You get a number in writing for a defined scope, and if you ask for something outside it, we quote that separately rather than adding it to the final invoice.

Monthly plans

Ongoing work, priced monthly.

The two levels below differ in one thing: whether we are only watching, or also holding the whole environment.

Monitoring only

Foundation Monitor

  • Remote monitoring: network, backups, email sync, hardware health
  • Alerts before failure, not after
  • Monthly one-page health report in plain English
  • Priority access when you do need support

Project work

Websites, stores, automation and technology projects.

These are quoted individually, and we are deliberate about that. The same sentence — "I need a website" — describes a two-week job for a sole trader and a two-month job for a firm with six service lines. A published price would be wrong for one of them, and you would find out which after signing.

What you get instead is a short conversation, then a fixed number in writing for a defined scope, before you commit to anything. If the answer is that you do not need what you thought you needed, we will tell you that too.

What pushes a quote up

  • More pages, services or product lines to build out
  • Integrations with systems that lack a proper API
  • Migrating data that is messy or duplicated
  • Us writing the content rather than you supplying it
  • Compliance requirements needing documented evidence
  • Work that has to happen outside business hours

What brings a quote down

  • A clear idea of what the thing needs to do
  • Content, photos and product data ready to go
  • One decision-maker rather than a committee
  • Starting smaller and adding once it is proven
  • Using a standard platform rather than a custom build
  • Systems that are already tidy and documented

If you have a budget in mind, tell us. It is not a negotiating position — it lets us tell you honestly whether it is realistic, and if it is not, what a sensible first stage would be instead.

Ad-hoc support

When you just need something fixed.

No contract, no minimum, no plan. Call, we deal with it, you get an invoice for the time spent. This is how most of our clients start, and plenty never sign anything beyond it.

Remote support

Charged for time spent, in fair increments. Most issues are resolved inside the hour, and we will always try remote before booking a visit.

Onsite visits

Quoted before we come out, so the number is known in advance. Across greater Adelaide, at a time that suits your trading.

Assessments

A fixed-price IT or security assessment with a written findings report. You keep the report regardless of what you do next.

Questions

About the money.

Why are most prices not listed on the website?

Because the same request means very different work depending on the business. A website for a sole trader and a website for a firm with six service lines are not the same job, and a published price would be wrong for one of them. We quote a fixed price after a short conversation, before you commit to anything.

Do you charge by the hour?

For projects, no — we quote a fixed price so you carry no risk if the work takes longer than we expected. Ad-hoc IT support is charged for the time spent, because you should not pay a fixed fee for a fifteen-minute fix.

Is there an onboarding cost for monitoring or managed IT?

Yes — a one-time onboarding visit so we can see your actual setup, document it, fix anything obviously fragile and connect your systems to monitoring. It is quoted as a flat figure before you commit, not billed hourly.

Will the price change once work starts?

Not for what was agreed. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we quote that separately before doing it. A surprise invoice at the end is how you lose a client permanently, so we do not work that way.

Do you take payment in stages?

For projects, yes — typically a deposit to start and the balance on completion, with larger projects split into stages tied to deliverables. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.

Am I locked into a contract?

Monthly plans run month to month or annually depending on what suits you, and if you leave we hand over documentation and access properly. Holding a client hostage through undocumented systems is a bad way to run a business.

Do you mark up hardware and software?

No. If we can source it cheaper than you can, we pass that on. If you can get it cheaper yourself, buy it yourself and we will configure it. Hardware margin is not how we want to make money.

Next step

Tell us what you need.

You do not need to know what to call it. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you what it takes to fix — and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
