Turn your products into an online business.

Shopify is the easiest place to start selling online and the easiest place to get it subtly wrong. We set the store up properly — products, payments, shipping, tax and stock — then hand it over so your team can run it without calling us every week.

Where stores go wrong

The store is rarely the hard part. The setup underneath it is.

Most Shopify problems we are called in to fix are not design problems. They are shipping rules that quietly overcharge, variants set up so stock counts drift, tax configured wrong, or an accounting integration nobody reconciled for six months.

Those things do not look broken. They just cost money slowly. We spend most of our time on the parts customers never see, because that is the part that decides whether the store is an asset or an ongoing chore.

What we set up

Everything between a product list and a working store.

Store setup

Full Shopify build from scratch — settings, policies, tax, currencies, domains, email and the account structure so you are the owner, not us.

Theme customisation

A theme adapted to your brand and product type, with the layout changes that matter for conversion rather than a rebuild of the whole thing.

Product setup

Products, variants, options, collections, images and descriptions structured so search, filtering and stock counts behave sensibly at scale.

Payments

Shopify Payments, cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and buy-now-pay-later, configured and tested with real transactions before you go live.

Shipping

Real shipping rules — weight bands, zones, free-shipping thresholds and click-and-collect — so you are not losing margin on every parcel.

Inventory

Stock tracking across locations, low-stock alerts and the rules that stop you overselling something you do not have.

POS integration

If you also sell in a shop, Shopify POS ties counter sales and online stock into one number instead of two that disagree.

Accounting integration

Orders, payouts and fees flowing into Xero or MYOB, so reconciliation is a check rather than a re-entry exercise.

Migration

Moving from WooCommerce, Squarespace, BigCommerce or a legacy cart — products, customers, orders and redirects so search rankings survive.

E-commerce automation

The store should keep selling when you are not watching it.

A store that only sells when someone is actively marketing it is a part-time job. The automations below are the ones that reliably pay for themselves, in roughly the order we would add them.

Abandoned cart recovery

Most carts are abandoned. A short, well-timed sequence recovers a meaningful share of them without you writing a single email.

Customer email automation

Welcome, post-purchase, review request and win-back flows set up once and running continuously.

AI product assistant

An assistant on the store that answers sizing, compatibility, stock and shipping questions, so uncertainty does not end the visit.

Review collection

Automatic review requests timed to when the product actually arrived, which is when people will write one.

Order and fulfilment flows

Order notifications, packing workflows, supplier emails and tracking updates without manual copying.

Back-in-stock alerts

Capture the demand you currently lose when something sells out.

Questions

Before you ask us.

How much does a Shopify store cost to build?

It depends mostly on how many products you have and how complicated shipping and integrations are. A store with twenty products and flat-rate shipping is a very different job to one with a thousand variants, multi-location stock and an accounting integration. We scope it, then quote a fixed price before starting.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

For most small Adelaide businesses, Shopify. It is hosted, secure by default, and the payment and shipping ecosystem is mature, which means fewer things break and fewer things need patching. WooCommerce makes sense if you need deep custom logic or already run a large WordPress site. We will tell you honestly which one fits your case.

Can I run the store myself afterwards?

That is the intent. We set it up so day-to-day work — adding products, changing prices, processing orders, running a sale — is done from the Shopify admin without a developer. Handover includes training and written notes.

Can you move my existing store to Shopify?

Yes. We migrate products, customers and order history, and put URL redirects in place so the search rankings and any links pointing at your old product pages still work. Skipping redirects is the usual reason a migration tanks traffic.

Do you do Shopify Plus?

Our focus is small and mid-sized Adelaide businesses on standard Shopify, which is where most local stores actually sit. If your volume genuinely warrants Plus, we will say so rather than sell you a project we are not the best fit for.

Can you connect Shopify to my accounting software?

Yes — Xero and MYOB are the common ones. Orders, fees and payouts flow through so your bookkeeper is reconciling rather than retyping.

Do you write the product descriptions and take the photos?

We can draft descriptions and structure them for search. Product photography we would refer you to a local photographer — it makes a bigger difference to sales than almost anything else and is worth doing properly.

You do not need to know what to call it. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you what it takes to fix — and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
